My name is Rick Luppino and I started Suburban Windows & Siding in 1986 and have been at the same location in Berlin since then. Suburban primarily services the towns of Hartford County.

I have always loved building things, I come from a large Italian family of builders and remodelers. My parents were always always involved in building or renovating a property and my brothers and I were part of the crew. I bought my first piece of real estate when I was 23 and began my remodeling career. It was a two family in a commercial location built in the 1930s and it needed everything. While I was remodeling I started calling window companies to get estimates on replacing my old drafty windows.
I was so intrigued with the Replacement Windows that I decided to start my own business. I found a local manufacture and Suburban Windows & Siding was born. I worked hard learning the business and developing my product line, installation procedures, and hiring a staff of people to create the highest quality, stress-free home improvement experience possible.
Over 23 years later Suburban Windows & Siding has over 2000 satisfied home owners in Hartford County. My 23 year old son, Rich, runs all the window and door production as well as any interior carpentry or remodeling which other window companies sometimes don't provide. My wife works in the office along with two others managing the daily office duties. I also manage the siding crews and help people with their decision to purchase Vinyl Siding and Replacement Windows.
My philosophy in business and life is simple, I treat people the way I want to be treated. I create the same business and shopping experience I want to have when I buy something. I want value for my money, service when I need it, and absolutely No pressure. I want information so I can make an informed decision and I want time to evaluate my purchase decision.
